Investor Relations Specialist
(part-time) with English and German language knowledge
you will be responsible for managing relationships with investors on the TWINO platform by helping them understand how the platform works, consulting about our products and features, assisting with the registration process and being the first responder for any issues or questions they might have. We expect you to communicate with newly registered and existing investors from across Europe both over email and over the phone.

Your responsibilities
- You will be working with existing and potential customers consulting them about the company's investment products;
- You will prepare relevant information for customers and ensure delivery process;
- Cooperation with the IT team will be part of your daily working life by identifying and documenting issues and requests from investors;
- You will manage the current customers’ requests processing;
- To process incoming and outgoing bank payments;
- Client onboarding to the investment platform.
What we are looking for
- Good sales, persuasion and argumentation skills;
- Understanding of excellent service culture;
- The ability to go into a situation and focus on results;
- Good communication and networking skills;
- Stress resistance and flexibility;
- Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills;
- You are result-oriented with the ability to take initiative, multi-task and handle conflicting priorities;
- Experience and knowledge of customer services would be an advantage;
- Salary range for this position varies from 700 – 1,000 EUR gross for 20 hours a week, depending on experience, skillset and other competencies.
