TWINO in cooperation with our partner VIASMS has launched a new brand - VAMO, the online lending provider is expanding it’s business operations in Philippines, therefore we are looking for Operations Manager in Philippines, Manila.

Your responsibilities

In strong cooperation with Country Manager, Philippines you will be responsible for:

  • Analysis of the market and proposal for the product setup and continues improvements
  • Develop and oversee Philippines operations and to make sure those are in line with business goals
  • Drive product development and future process efficiency
  • Ensure effective sales channel development
  • To be responsible for full cycle recruitment and training of the DC and CC staff
  • Set up business targets and plan the expertise of the DC and CC staff
  • Monitor the technical infrastructure and along with the IT department propose changes
  • Propose new development projects to drive the productivity and revenues
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Ensure effective and open internal communication
  • Regular KPI monitoring and managing the execution of the business plan, interfere when needed and suggest changes work along with customer service, debt collection, marketing, finance etc.
  • Cooperation and attentiveness in the scope of proper communication with external partners and institutions
  • Analyze the market trends, and changes in legislation, propose new changes in pricing and products
  • Based on business needs develop effective organizational setup to run operations successfully
  • Set up business targets and plan the expertise of the staff
  • Analyze the market trends and changes in legislation, propose improvements in pricing and products

What we are looking for

  • Great management skills and ability to build great relationship with others
  • Degree in economics or business administration; MBA degree will be considered as an advantage
  • At least 5 years of successful management experience preferably in lending, fin-tech or banking industry
  • Additional advantage will be Debt Collection experience
  • A self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed
  • Commercially focused, results driven, with a strong track record of growing a business
  • Ability to read and interpret the financial statements and reports
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, manage and lead the team
  • A skilled negotiator and confident commercial decision maker
